1. Payment Methods
We currently have 4 different payment methods:
– iDEAL
– Bancontact
– PayPal
At checkout you can choose your preferred payment method. We will also use your chosen payment method for any refunds.
2. Shipments
All packages are delivered by PostNL. They will ask for your signature upon delivery. From the moment you receive the package and have signed for it, we are no longer legally responsible for the contents of the package. So always check the package for any damage before receiving it. If there is such damage to the package that you wonder whether the contents are still intact, refuse the package. Take photos of the package before you refuse and return it. Report this to us as soon as possible!
This can be done via the following e-mail address:
customer-service@teeken-and-teeken.com. State the order number and possibly the invoice number in your e-mail and add the photos as an attachment.
You can find both the order number and the invoice number in your account under "orders".
We do everything we can to protect your jewelry. That is why we use cardboard boxes with filling material to protect your jewelry well.
All packages are sent with track & trace-code. You will receive this track & trace-code by email, but can also be found in your account, as soon as the track & trace-code has been created.
We currently only ship to the following countries:
Netherlands
Belgium
Germany
Luxembourg
3. Returns
It may happen that you want to return an order.
Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order after all.
Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. This is the right of withdrawal.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full order amount.
Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs amount to approximately 7.25 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
Returns must be made via our returns platform. Other return methods are not accepted.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
On the returns platform, enter the track & trace code and your postcode. A return label will then be generated that you can use to return the package.

4. Complaints
1. The entrepreneur has a sufficiently publicized complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure.
2. Complaints about the performance of the agreement must be submitted to the entrepreneur fully and clearly described within 2 months after the consumer has discovered the defects. This can be done via the following e-mail address: customer-service@teeken-and-teeken.com
3. Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeable longer processing time, the entrepreneur will respond within the period of 14 days with a confirmation of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.
4. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute resolution procedure.
5. In the event of complaints, a consumer must first contact the entrepreneur. It is also possible to file complaints via the European ODR platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).
If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
Teeken & Teeken is currently affiliated with Webwinkelkeur, which has a disputes committee. It is possible to file your dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
6. A complaint does not suspend the obligations of the entrepreneur, unless the entrepreneur indicates otherwise in writing.
7. If a complaint is found to be justified by the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur will, at its discretion, replace the delivered products free of charge or refund the purchase price.
5. Warranty
Jewelry comes with a 2-month warranty on material and manufacturing defects from the moment the item is purchased under normal use.
Loss and/or damage to stones, scratches or damage due to improper use and/or accidents, discoloration due to water, perfume, soap, lotions, creams, the acidity of the skin or other chemicals and/or wear and tear are all excluded from the warranty.
The warranty also expires if the item has been modified or repaired by a third party.
For gold-plated items, discoloration or wearing away of the gold-plated layer due to contact with water, perfume, soap, lotions, creams, skin acidity, cleaning agents or other chemicals and/or wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
6. Delivery time and shipping costs
Our jewelry is made to order in Norway.
Shipping from Norway is a costly affair.
To keep costs down and jewelry affordable, we ship all orders of that week to the goldsmith in Norway on Friday evening.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM on Friday will be included with orders placed that week.
We have a generous delivery time of six weeks, but it is usually much faster.
Unexpected waiting times may occur at customs due to clearance.
If the goldsmith is unable to meet this delivery time for whatever reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping costs are included in the price. This applies to all countries to which we ship. Different conditions and rules apply to returns. See the heading “Returns” under point 3.
